The mission of the SEE Program is to provide older Americans with meaningful work, while they are gaining experiences enabling them to move into better paying, more permanent positions outside the SEE Program, if they so choose. The program is not intended to and does not compete with the Civil Service hiring or compensation system.

As one of six (6) national aging organizations serving as a sponsor of the SEE Program, NCBA's mission is to provide a unique opportunity for individuals 55 years or older and assist EPA with projects of pollution prevention, abatement, and control. We offer benefits which include holiday, sick and vacation leave pay, and health insurance (for those who qualify).
